CJSC “Engineering Center GOCHS ‘BASIS’ has completed a set of works on creation of SMIC of the object ‘Multifunctional Complex ’Chinese Business Center ‘PARK HUAMIN’”

CJSC "Engineering Center of State Emergency Situations 'BASIS' has completed a set of works to create a monitoring system for engineering (load-bearing) structures (SMIC) of the object 'Multifunctional complex 'Chinese Business Center 'PARK HUAMIN' at the address: 16, Wilhelm Pika St., Moscow. On April 18, 2025 the acceptance tests of the SMIC were successfully conducted. The system was put into operation.

In accordance with the Methodology for monitoring the condition of load-bearing structures of buildings and structures (certified by the Governmental Commission for Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations and Ensuring Fire Safety Protocol No. 3 dated March 18, 2009) SMIC in real time mode allows to control changes in the stress-strain state of load-bearing structures of the object. In case of deviation of measured parameters from the normative ones by a value more than the established (according to the Monitoring Passport), automatic signaling and transfer of this information to the object's DDS is provided.
Technical solutions are implemented on the basis of the software and hardware complex SMIS/SMIC developed by "Engineering Center for Civil Defense 'BASIS'/BASIS-INTELLECT LLC" (PTC SMIS/SMIC). This complex is the result of long-term joint work of the developer organization with the All-Russian Research Institute for Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia (FGBU VNII GOCHS). PTC MIS/SMIC meets the technical requirements of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for software and hardware complexes of MIS objects interfaced with the day-to-day management bodies of the RSChS. Developed on the basis of PTC SMIS/SMIC of the facility SMIS complex for RSChS OPU was accepted for supply to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia by Order No. 257 of May 05, 2012.
