1. The Subject of the User Agreement
1.1. The subject of this User Agreement is the relationship between JSC Engineering Center «BASIS» (hereinafter - «BASIS»), the owner of the website, located in the Internet at www.basis-ic.ru , (hereinafter - "WEBSITE"), and You (an individual user of the Internet), hereinafter - "USER", about the use of the Website and the posted information (hereinafter - "INFORMATION"). 5.1.5. violating any of the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
5.2. User agrees not to use automated scripts (programs) to collect information and (or) interaction with the Website.
5.3. Except for the cases set forth in this User Agreement, as well as by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, no materials may be copied (reproduced), processed, distributed, displayed, published, downloaded, transferred, sold or otherwise used in whole or in part without prior permission of «BASIS» company or the appropriate copyright owner, except in cases where the rights holder explicitly expressed its consent to the free use of the material.
5.4. The User has the right to place through the Website intellectual property rights to the use of which belong to the User.

16. General information
16.1. Nothing in the Terms of the User Agreement can not be understood as the establishment between the User and «BASIS» agency relationship, partnership relations on joint activity, relations of employment or any other relationship, not expressly provided for the User Agreement.
16.2. Recognition by the court of any provision of the User Agreement, invalid or not enforceable, does not entail invalidation of other provisions of the User Agreement.
16.3. Inaction on the part of «BASIS» Company, in the event of the User or other third parties, the provisions of the User Agreement does not deprive «BASIS» Company the right to take appropriate actions to protect its interests later.
16.4. All disputes the parties under this Agreement shall be settled by negotiations and correspondence with the use of mandatory pre-trial (claim) order. Failure to reach agreement between the parties through negotiation within sixty (60) calendar days of receipt of a written complaint by the other Party, the dispute shall be submitted by any interested party to the court at «BASIS» Company's location (except for the cases in any other courts jurisdiction).
17. Changes and additions to the User Agreement
17.1. This Agreement may be amended by «BASIS» Company without any prior notice. Any changes to the User agreement, introduced by «BASIS»Company unilaterally enter into force on the day following the day of publication of such changes on the Website. The User undertakes to verify the User agreement and its terms and conditions for the website for changes. 17.2.
