PJSC "SBERBANK"

On November 15, 2023, BAZIS completed a set of works on the development of Working Documentation, construction, installation, and commissioning work on the installation of a monitoring system for engineering structures (SMIC) of the information/advertising installation of SBERBANK PJSC on the roof of a building consisting of 47 floors, located at the address: Administrative and shopping complex with underground parking", located at the address: Moscow, intracity territory of the Dorogomilovo municipal district, Kutuzovsky Prospekt, 32, bldg. 3 (Building "A").

Real-time monitoring is carried out with control of inclination angles, accelerations and frequencies of the state of load-bearing structures of a unique technically complex facility of an increased level of responsibility, located at an altitude of 188 meters.

SMIC allows you to monitor changes in the stress-strain state of the metal support of the installation and the information/advertising installation itself. In case of deviation of the measured indicators from the normative ones by an amount more than established (Monitoring Passport), automatic transfer of this information to the Facility Duty Dispatch Service (DDS of the Facility) is ensured.

Technical solutions are implemented on the basis of the SMIS/SMIK software and hardware complex developed by the Engineering Center GOChS "BASIS" / LLC "BASISINTELLECT" (PTK SMIS/SMIK). This complex is the result of many years of joint work between the development organization and the All-Russian Research Institute for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia (FGBU VNII GOChS). The software and hardware complex SMIS/SMIC complies with the technical requirements of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for software and hardware complexes of SMIS objects interfaced with the day-to-day management bodies of the RSChS. The complex was accepted for supply by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations by Order No. 257 of May 5, 2012.
