The results of the conference in the framework of VIII International Salon "Integrated Safety and Security 2015"

On May 19, 2015, in the framework of VIII International Salon "Integrated Safety and Security 2015", Group of compnaies "BASIS" held a conference on the topic "Creating SMES on potentially dangerous and critical facilities. Problematic issues and ways to solve them."

The conference was attended by representatives of EMERCOM of Russia, Rostekhnadzor, Mosgosstrojnadzor, Mosgosekspertiza, territorial bodies of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies, design, construction and maintenance organizations, construction investors (customers) , security experts, the construction and operation of buildings and structures.

The issues to discuss at the conference:

• state and prospects of development of the regulatory framework in the field of structured systems of monitoring and control of engineering systems of buildings and facilities;
• SMIS experience in creating potentially hazardous and critical facilities.

The conference was attended by over 60 people. 10 reports were held and discussed. The reporting persons of the conference were: Head of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, Civil Protection Department, Mr. S.Sundin, Chief designer of AIUS SPARES in creation of the automated monitoring systems of structured objects, buildings and facilities, and specialists of the Group of Companies "BASIS". The discussion involved more than 15 participants.

The participants had an opportunity to participate in the discussion via web-translation .

According to the results of the conference and expert opinions, elaborated conference resolution and recommendations were identified.
