Multifunctional complex "IQ-quarter"

IC GOChS "BASIS" for the object of MIBC "Moscow-City", section 11, performed the following works:

• development of Working documentation for SMIS, SMIK and SUKS;

• complete delivery of products and materials to the Facility with loading and unloading operations and to the place of Work;

• general construction and commissioning works of SMIS, as well as obtaining the necessary approvals and permits, handing over the work performed to the Customer, as well as to interested supervisory / or operating organizations;

IQ-quarter is a multifunctional complex located on the 11th section of the Moscow International Business Center "Moscow-City". IQ-Quarter consists of three towers, two of them are used as offices: a 42-storey one with an area of 44.8 thousand square meters and a 33-storey one with an area of 73.5 thousand square meters.
