"Covered public courtyard of the Сomplex of buildings and facilities of the first construction zone of "Cultural and Business Center "Ohta" at 2, Krasnogvardeyskaya Square, Krasnogvardiysky District, St. Petersburg,

The planned complex is a group of buildings (including the tower "A") linked togethter with a glazed public indoor courtyard and glass atrium.

Public indoor courtyard is a facility located along a semicircle between the tower "A" and a stylobate buildings, functionally combined.

Deformation-settlement seam separating the underground part of the tower "A" and the stylobate building. The seam crosses the public courtyard over its entire length. Deformation seam in the covering structures of the public court is absent.

It is expected that during the whole life-time of the Complex, settlement of the tower "A" may exceed that of stylobate building by 150 mm maximun.

For object to-be-monitored specialists of Engineering Center GOCHS "BASIS" performed the following works:

• Engineering design of the "Structured system of monitoring and managing engineering systems of buildings and facilities (SMES)"
• Design of anti-terrorist protection measures and activities;
• Engineering design of the system of monitoring of differences on structural settlement of the Covered public courtyard.
