To the 100th Anniversary of the USSR. We come from the USSR
100 years ago, on December 30, 2022, the first state in the world was created on a voluntary basis, in which power belonged to the people - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
This meant that on the sixth part of the Earth, the wealth of the country, the result of the labor of its citizens, ceased to be disposed of by the exploiting classes: the aristocracy headed by the tsar, the landowners and the bourgeoisie.
What the first communist theorists K. Marx, F. Engels, and others foresaw came true in Russia.
The Bolshevik Party, headed by V.I. Lenin, after the revolutions of 1917, under the slogan "Factories - to the workers, Land - to the peasants, power - to the Soviets" created a 5 million army of peasants and workers, 10 times larger than that of the "whites" and won the civil war, prevented the collapse that had begun and plunder of the Russian Empire.
Based on the system of Soviet power, the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), headed by First Secretary I.V. Stalin ensured that by 1940 the country would take the second place in the world in the production of industrial and agricultural products through the collectivization of agriculture, the industrialization of industry, and the cultural revolution.
The achievements of the USSR provided what we are proud of today and use:
1. The USSR became the first country in the world with an 8-hour working day, free healthcare and education, and the right to housing.
2. Victory in the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet people, led by the Supreme Commander I.V. Stalin.
3. Creation of the UN - to ensure the preservation of peace on the planet;
4. Anti-colonial revolutions and the liberation of the peoples of Asia, Africa, Latin America. Providing selfless assistance to developing countries.
5. Soviet Army: more than 5,000,000 soldiers, sailors, officers and generals; modern aviation, tanks, ships; stockpiles of nuclear and chemical weapons; providing parity with potential adversaries.
6. Creation of a nuclear missile shield, which ensured the peaceful life of the Soviet people for many years, which is today a means of protecting the sovereignty of Russia.
7. The creation of a socialist camp, the Warsaw Pact countries, a system of non-aligned countries that ensured the most peaceful period of human existence in history.
8. The first artificial satellite in space, the first man in space, the first spacewalk, the first Lunokhod, the first Salyut-1 orbital station, the best Kalashnikov rifle in the world, the first Lenin nuclear icebreaker, the largest aircraft in the world An-Mriya and much more.
9. Cultural achievements in the USSR and in all 15 republics: ballet; cinema; theater; book publishing; libraries; houses of culture, rural clubs.
10. Sports achievements: first, second places in the overall standings at the Olympic Games; renowned athletes.
11. Creation of a new community of people - "Soviet people" - 300 million people united by love, common values and work for the good of the Motherland.
There are many born, lived, brought up, and educated in the USSR among the BAZIS employees. Our achievements today and the desire for progress are undoubtedly based on a glorious past that supports our Spirit and Faith.
Happy holiday!
