Multifunctional Complex (2nd construction stage), Moscow, 24th km of MKAD (inner side) is to be equipped with SMES*.

Construction of the Multifunctional Complex (2nd stage) is planned to be done at the area of 3.65 hectares, to the north of the intersection of Kashira Highway and the Moscow Ring Road (24 km).

The building of the second stageof the complex is attached to the building of the first stage, forming a single volume. The north facade is situated close to the existing underground medium pressure gas pipeline.

The second construction phase is an extended curved shape facility of the dimensions 210m x 73 m. It consists of 5-6 storey stylobate and a 13-storey hotel towering over it. Under the building, a 1-2-storey basement is located. The building is divided into two parts along its length: block №2 and the block №3.

Specialists of Engineering Center GOCHS «BASIS» performed the following work:

• Preparing project documents on the Structured system of control and monitoring engineering systems (SMES);
• The list of civil defense activities,
• The list of activities on preventing natural and man-made emergencies,
