- The total area of non-residential premises: 1020.0 sq. m.
- The total area of the parking lot: 21050.5 sq. m.
- Number of floors: 17 floors (the top mark of 53.00 m.) + Tehpodpole + 3 level underground parking lot (lower mark - 13.110 m.).
- Housing 2a - single-section, a series of P44T1-6 / 17N1.
- Housing 2b - four-section, Series P44T-1 / 17N1 and 4 / 17N1.
- Housing 2c - single-section, a series of G144T1-6 / 17N1.
