Training on systems for preventing and preventing accidents and emergencies - SMIS

"Engineering Center of Civil Defense and Emergencies" ("BASIS-INTELLIGENCE") since October 15, 2019 under the license of the Department of Education of the city of Moscow No. 040314 dated 09/06/2019. organizes employee training:
- organizations engaged in the design, supply of equipment, construction, commissioning, operation of structured monitoring and control systems for engineering systems of buildings and structures (subsystems: SSP SMIS, SMIK, SUKS);
- day-to-day management bodies of the RSCHS (facility, municipal, ...) using information from the ISMS to prevent and prevent accidents, fires, and emergency situations;
- authorized executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, territorial bodies of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation issuing initial data (technical conditions) for the development of civil emergency situations, including SMIS, as part of the design documentation for capital construction projects;
- organizations carrying out examination of design documentation of the PM GOCHS, including SMIS.
Training is planned to be carried out according to the curriculum

Interaction of duty dispatch services to prevent and ensure the prevention of emergencies according to the information of the SMIS ", 40 hours
2. "Creation and operation of monitoring systems for engineering (bearing) structures, hazardous natural processes and phenomena", 72 hours
3. "Interaction of the duty dispatch services of the unified state system for the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations when receiving messages from the ISMS", 40 hours
4. "Extraordinary and periodic monitoring of buildings and structures equipped with a monitoring system for engineering (bearing) structures, hazardous natural processes and phenomena", 72 hours
5. "Structured monitoring and control systems for engineering systems of buildings and structures. Development of design and working documentation ", 24 hours
6. "Commissioning of the ISMS equipped with the software and hardware complex" PTK SMIS / SMIK "facility", 38 hours
7. "Operation of SMIS equipped with the software and hardware complex" PTK SMIS / SMIK "facility", 40 hours
8. "The work of the on-duty personnel of the SMIS facility with the software and hardware package for monitoring, preventing and ensuring the prevention of accidents, natural and man-made emergencies" PTK SMIS / SMIK ", 8 hours
9. "Methodology for teaching courses on the subject of structured monitoring and control systems for engineering systems of buildings and structures (SMIS) of critically important and potentially dangerous objects", 72 hours
10. "The work of the duty personnel of crisis management centers of the EMERCOM of Russia on the software and hardware complex PTK SMIS / SMIK when receiving messages from monitoring systems, warning and prevention of accidents, fires, emergency situations (SMIS) of potentially dangerous objects", 24 hours
11. "The work of the on-duty personnel of the EDDS at the software and hardware complex PTK SMIS / SMIK (SMIS module) when receiving messages from monitoring systems, warning and prevention of accidents, fires, emergency situations (SMIS) of potentially dangerous objects", 24 hours
