Meeting on construction and development of agro-industrial complex "Safe city" in Yaroslavl region

On October, 7th, 2015, Mr. Alexander Chupriyan, the Deputy Minister of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters. held an enlarged meeting of the Interdepartmental Working Group on construction and development of agro-industrial complex "Safe city in Yaroslavl region.

At the invitation of EMERCOM of Yaroslavl region, Mr. Vladimir Kletsin, General Director of closed JSC "Engineering Center GOChS "BASIS", participated in the meeting, During the discussion after the meeting, the information about the possibilities of using agro-industrial "Safe City" in Yaroslavl region, as well as on the use "Safe City" Complex, in order to prevent accidents and emergencies, the system of monitoring engineering systems (SMES) is installed at the facilities of increased level of responsibility.
