The GOChS Engineering Center "BASIS" has completed a set of works to create SMIS, SMIC, SUKS for the HEADLINER residential complex

06.02.2025 BAZIS has completed a set of works on development of the Working documentation, construction, installation, commissioning and adjustment works on construction of the Structured system of monitoring and control of engineering systems of buildings and structures (SMIS), including subsystem of monitoring of engineering (bearing) structures, dangerous natural processes and phenomena (SMIC) and subsystem of communication and crisis management (SCCM) of Residential Complex HEADLINER - Multifunctional residential complex at the address: Moscow, Shmitovsky proezd, v. 39 - Mukomolny proezd, v. 6. Moscow, Shmitovsky proezd, v. 39 - Mukomolny proezd, v. 6. Plot No. 2.

SMIS/SMIC in real time mode allows to monitor changes in the deformation state of load-bearing structures of the object. In case of deviation of measured parameters from the normative ones by a value more than specified (Monitoring Passport), automatic transmission of this information to the object's DDS and (optionally) to the day-to-day management bodies of the Unified State System for Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations (RSChS) is provided.

Technical solutions are implemented on the basis of the software and hardware complex SMIS/SMIC developed by the Engineering Center for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations "BASIS"/BASIS-INTELLECT LLC (PTC SMIS/SMIC). This complex is the result of long-term joint work of the developer organization with the All-Russian Research Institute for Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia (FGBU VNII GOCHS). PTC MIS/SMIC meets the technical requirements of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for software and hardware complexes of MIS objects interfaced with the day-to-day management bodies of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry. The complex was accepted for supply to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia by Order No. 257 of May 05, 2012.
