Engineering Center GOCHS «BASIS» renders services on monitoring systems commissioning.
SMES implementation works at facilities are fulfilled in several stages:
- Building and construction works;
- Commissioning and putting into operation;
- System acceptance and putting into maintenance.
Each of the stages is verified by relevant act and by the signatures of stakeholders and authorized persons.
SMES acceptance is made by specially created commission during the whole facility acceptance.
The following complexes should be verified:
- Controlling tools complex (sensors and measuring devices, executive mechanisms, controlles);
- Multifunctional cable system;
- Data transfer network;
- Data collection and processing system;
- Administrative system;
- Integrated DIspatching Center of the city in terms of interaction woth SMES of the facility.
Providing verification results of all fulfilled works should be done in the form of tests programa and tests methodology signed by authorised persons according to State Standards 19.301–79, 34.607–90, 34.603-92.
An example of system tests at a facility: "Complex of capital sport facilities including Elena Chaikovskaya's Figure Skating Center, swimming pool, sport halls, parking lots in Moscow, Strogino, Tallinskaya street, 40".
