All-Russia Assembly of Minitry of Emergencies

On February 5, 2017, in the city of Krasnogorsk, Moscow region, the All-Russian Assembly of Minitry of Emergencies was held to summarize the results of the activities of the Russian Unified System for Preventing and Eliminating Emergency Situations, their implementation of civil defense activities in 2016 and setting tasks for 2017.

The event was attended by representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Security Council of the Russian Federation, representatives of federal executive bodies - members of the Government Commission for the Prevention and Elimination of Emergencies and Fire Safety, leaders of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, leaders of the central apparatus of Ministry of Emergencies of Russia and its territorial bodies. About 800 participants arrived to the Assemly.

"BASIS" group of companies has experience in creation and operation of structured systems for monitoring and managing engineering systems of buildings and facilities (hereinafter - SMES) at technically complicated and unique facilities.

At the Assembly Stand, "BASIS" presented the Scheme of the pilot site for transmitting information from the SMES of potentially hazardous facilities to FKU "NCUKS" (National Center for Crisis Management) in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia No.199 dated May,11, 2016, as well as the workplace of the operator of Software-and-Hardware Complex for Receiving Information from Systems for Monitoring and Preventing natural and man-made Emergencies (PTK SMEC/SMES CUKS EDDS).
